The latest SWGP annual report is now available to download. The report provides an overview of the Federation’s key areas of work from April 2023 to March 2024 as well as the partners we work with and initiatives we support.

This is the fourth year we’ve produced an Annual Report which allows us to collate and reflect on the contribution we make to General Practice, in partnership with our shareholder practices and local Primary Care Networks.

Highlights for this year include:

  • Launch of our admin and clinical Resilience service to support practices during staff shortages or peak workloads
  • Quality and compliance service launch – CQC compliance tools, and service quality and safety support
  • Recruiting a growing Additional Roles workforce to support PCNs
  • Securing new opportunities to provide services across Coventry & Warwickshire as part of C&W Integrated Primary Care

The report also provides an overview of our priorities for 2024/25 as we continue to support our member practices and PCN’s, develop and deliver patient services and work with system partners and within our own team to enhance primary care across South Warwickshire.

“The past year has been one of tremendous change and evolution for SWGP as we have adapted to meet ever changing national and local NHS demands. As a Federation we believe very strongly in the significant power of a united collective voice, and we will continue to work to support and enable primary care in South Warwickshire to grow and thrive.” – Cristina Ramos, SWGP Federation Chair.
