We are delighted to congratulate our Chair, Dr Cristina Ramos, on receiving a GP Long Service Award in recognition of her outstanding contribution and commitment to General Practice across Coventry and Warwickshire.
The award, presented by the Coventry and Warwickshire Training Hub, celebrates GPs who have dedicated many years to supporting patients, providing clinical leadership, mentoring colleagues, and serving their local communities. Dr Ramos was among a group of highly respected GPs recognised for their exceptional service and dedication.
Alongside her role as a GP Partner at Rother House Medical Centre in Stratford-upon-Avon, Dr Ramos serves as Chair of South Warwickshire GP Federation (SWGP) and Coventry & Warwickshire Integrated Primary Care (IPC), as well as Deputy Chair of the Coventry & Warwickshire Primary Care Collaborative. Through these leadership roles, she plays a pivotal part in representing and championing General Practice at both Place and System level.
Dr Ramos is a passionate advocate for patient-centred care and works closely with partners across the health and care system to develop services that are clinically effective, financially sustainable, and responsive to the needs of local communities. Her leadership continues to support the resilience and development of General Practice across Coventry and Warwickshire.
Congratulations, Cristina, on this well-deserved recognition, and thank you for your continued dedication, leadership, and service.
