Chris Beyer
Chris Beyer has been appointed Chief Operating Officer for SWGP. This is a new role for the organisation, which reflects the growth and diversity in the services we provide and the changing needs of our member practices.
Chris has worked for SWGP since 2015, and in that time has seen our organisation grow and develop in response to growing demands as we continue to support primary care. This experience will be key as we move into 2024/25 with fresh opportunities and challenges which Chris is ideally placed to manage.
Chris will chair the Senior Management Team and join SWGP Board, providing a full-time link between both teams. This will add capacity at Board level and strengthen the overall leadership of the organisation.

Chris commented: “I think it’s fair to say SWGP has changed significantly since I joined in 2015, flexing to the needs of our member practices and more recently Primary Care Networks in our efforts to grow, support and enable primary care within South Warwickshire. I am looking forward to working with colleagues in this new role to continue to protect and promote the amazing work that our GP practice colleagues do day in day out.”
