South Warwickshire GP Federation was originally set up in December 2014, making next month our tenth birthday! – a significant milestone reflecting a decade of growth, dedication, and positive impact on the communities we serve.
We’ve seen huge changes since then, not just within our own organisation, but in the wider NHS as well. Over the past ten years, the Federation has evolved through the hard work and commitment of its team and member practices. Reflecting on this journey, Chair – Cristina Ramos shared:

Together, we have overcome challenges, built strong partnerships, and continuously worked to improve healthcare services for our patients. I’m so proud to be part of this exceptional team, and I look forward to what we can achieve in the years ahead.”
A New Look for a New Chapter
To mark this milestone, we are introducing a refreshed visual identity that better reflects who we are today and where we’re heading. This includes a redesigned logo, updated brand colours, and a refreshed website.
Federation-Wide Celebrations
No celebration would be complete without a little cake! Birthday cakes will be delivered to all 29 member practices, ARRS teams, and Gainsborough Hall to ensure everyone can join in the festivities.

This 10th anniversary is not only an opportunity to reflect on past accomplishments but also to look forward to the future.
