We are delighted to share that Chloe Turner, Admin Apprentice, has been Highly Commended in the Rising Star category at the PMA Awards, as part of National Apprenticeship Week 2026.

Chloe joined the Federation as an Admin Apprentice and has quickly become a valued member of the team. In her role, she supports a wide range of administrative functions, helping to keep services running smoothly and ensuring colleagues and patients receive timely and well-coordinated support.

Throughout her apprenticeship, Chloe has consistently demonstrated a professional and proactive approach. She has shown a strong willingness to learn, taken on new responsibilities with confidence and contributed positively to team working across the organisation. Her attention to detail, reliability and positive attitude have made a real difference in her day-to-day work.

The PMA Awards received an exceptionally high standard of nominations this year, making this recognition a significant achievement. Chloe’s success highlights the important role apprenticeships play in developing skills, supporting workforce growth and strengthening the future of primary care.
