Our purpose is to support, grow and enable primary care, helping GP practices and Primary Care Networks to work together more efficiently and delivering services on a larger scale to enhance community-based health services for patients.

Our core service area covers South Warwickshire, including Warwick, Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon, Kenilworth, Alcester, Southam, and Shipston-on-Stour. We also deliver services on behalf of partners across the whole of Coventry and Warwickshire.

Our team includes head office staff and team members (including NHS-funded ‘additional roles’) based in practices depending on the role, and many of our non-clinical roles offer hybrid working.
