Dr Cristina Ramos

Cristina Ramo

Chair

Cristina is the Chair of the SWGP Federation. She represents the Federation and South Warwickshire General Practice at a Place and System level and leads on developing integrated solutions that ensure the General Practice is considered an equal partner as systems change and develop.

Cristina feels very strongly that patients need to be at the centre of pathway design to ensure the needs of the population are met. She works with stakeholders across the system to help develop solutions that support individual practice resilience and the development of sustainable PCNs. Cristina is clinical lead for the GP in ED service and the frailty pathway for South Warwickshire.

Cristina has been a partner at Rother House in Stratford upon Avon for over 20 years and has an interest in gastroenterology, frailty and palliative care.

Kimberly Dodd

Kimberly Dodd

Director

Kim has over twenty years practice management experience in South Warwickshire. Her background includes local PCT and commercial experience, writing tenders for the procurement of “Darzi” Health Centres and supporting the implementation stage.

Kim is the practice manager representative at the CCG Gateway meetings where QIPP ideas are discussed with representatives from the CCG Patient Reference Group and Arden & GEM CSU. She also undertakes training practice assessment visits on behalf of West Midlands Deanery.

Kim’s role within the South Warwickshire GP Federation includes finance and Primary Care at Scale. Kim is passionate about the development of primary care and is keen to share ideas and try new ways of working, while maintaining the high quality of patient care in South Warwickshire.

Dr Ben Atkins

Associate Director

Ben joins our team as an Associate Director focussing on delivering Extended Access and developing urgent care pathways.

Ben has established the Frailty Service at UHCW and will help deliver high performing services and explore new pathway opportunities. 

Dr Michael Cordner

Medical Director

Michael joins us as Medical Director with responsibility for quality, safety and governance across all clinical services.

A GP Partner at Bridge House MC and PCN Clinical Director with specialist interest in GP Training and primary care development.

Dr Oliver Rintoul-Hoad

Additional Roles Director

Oliver is Additional Roles Director for SWGP, focussing on the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS) which aims to recruit and embed new roles in primary care such as physiotherapists, pharmacists, paramedics and others. He firmly believes that with appropriate governance and strategy these roles could significantly benefit GP practices and their patients.

Oliver comes with a prior career in finance, working in audit and risk assurance before qualifying as a chartered accountant. He then moved to a major telecommunications company where he held various roles involving financial reporting and business case modelling.

After satisfying a growing itch to retrain as a doctor he now works as a GP in Wellesbourne with interests in cardiology and pre-hospital medicine.

Chris Beyer

Chief Operations Officer

Chris is responsible for the day to day running of SWGP and has 20 years of experience working within the NHS Primary Care sector.

Previously, heading up the Digital Team at SWGP,  Chris understands how harnessing new technologies and systems plays a significant role in ensuring the federation remains relevant and continues to help grow, support and enable primary care in South Warwickshire. He is committed to ensuring SWGP remains a great place to work, creating a culture where staff feel engaged with and have the opportunity to help shape the organisation’s direction.

Doris Holtby

Board and Corporate Support

Doris joined the Federation in January 2022 as our Board and Corporate Support.

She works closely together with all the Directors, managing diaries and schedules, taking meeting minutes, producing action logs and organising a range of meetings and events, but also supports the Senior Management and other teams within the Federation.

Prior to joining SWGP, Doris worked as a Personal Assistant to a Hospital Director in a local private hospital and has managed the Practising Privileges for 250 Consultants working there.

Finance

Nick Towers

Nick TowersFinancial Controller

Nick works with the Directors to develop financial modelling, budgeting and reporting systems to support the growth of the organisation, whilst overseeing the day-to-day operations of the finance department.

Nick has over 30 years’ experience as a Chartered Accountant. His career history spans all aspects of accounting, audit, acquisitions, corporate finance and taxation at KPMG and SMEs in a range of industries.

Naadira Moyeed

Accounts Assistant

Naadira’s role within the Federation covers all aspects of finance, from everyday administration through to the preparation of annual accounts. She liaises with practices, the Clinical Commissioning Group and suppliers, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times whilst maximising efficiency.

Naadira has worked in other finance roles at medical practices, universities and a grant giving organisation.

Jeni Graham

Accounts Assistant

Jeni’s role within the Federation covers everyday finance administration as well as all aspects of finance. She liaises with practices, the Clinical Commissioning Group and suppliers, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times whilst maximising efficiency.

Jeni has worked as a nurse for people with a learning disability and as a liaison nurse at Warwick Hospital. Jeni then transferred into a manufacturing business and developed the finance department within the company.

Digital & information

Neil Collins

Neil Collins

Systems and Digital Communications Manager

Neil manages all aspects of SWGP’s internal information technology and Digital Angels service, helping staff members to fully utilise the digital and IT options available to them. He helped to set up the local COVID-19 vaccination site and continues to support its delivery.

Prior to joining the Federation Neil ran his own healthcare consulting company and has worked in healthcare IT for 20 years. He began his career as a qualified blood transfusion and haematology laboratory specialist in a London hospital.

Emmanuel Mzobe

Technology and Infrastructure Lead

Emmanuel provides information technology support for primary care projects, helping staff to fully utilise the digital and IT options available to them.

Technology software such as AccuRx, Clarity, Blue Stream help practices to save money, reduce workload and devote more time to patient care.

Emmanuel has worked in healthcare IT for 15 years, starting out at Lloyds Pharmacy, then South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust, before joining SWGP as a Digital Angel.

Rhys Evans

Primary Care Information Officer

Rhys has been part of SWGP since October 2022, mainly working with monthly contract data for the practices we collaborate with through the EMIS system. He works closely with Chris Beyer (Information and Governance Lead), aiding the information analysis and reporting, as well as regularly communicating with practices to ensure they’re using the most accurate data capture searches.

Having worked with NHS data for nearly 4 years, he has helped practices stay ahead through the COVID-19 pandemic, and continues to do so to a high standard.

Medina Brough

Communications Officer

Medina joined the Federation in March 2024 as a Communications Officer within the Digital & Information Team.

Her main responsibility is to encompass internal and external communications and social media.

Prior to joining the Federation, Dina had worked in Digital Marketing within the local government’s Employment & Skills Service.

Human resources

Molly Muldoon

Molly MuldoonHR Manager

As the human resources lead for SWGP, Molly is the first point of contact for HR queries. CIPD qualified, Molly supports all services within SWGP as well as the Additional Roles (ARRS) and Primary Care Network (PCN) functions.

She works closely with PCN Managers to provide day to day support for additional roles staff as well as coordinating training and development needs.

Molly has seven years of experience in HR and is a member of the SWGP Senior Management Team.

Senior HR Assistant

Tracey works in our HR team where her focus is providing support with onboarding new starters. This includes ensuring that rigorous procedures are followed to maintain high standards and comply with all requirements across the variety of roles within SWGP.

Prior to joining the HR team, Tracey worked as an SWGP administrator, supporting the additional roles (ARRS) and Extended Access services as well as the COVID vaccination project.

Maddy Edgington

​HR Assistant 

Maddy works in our HR team where her focus is on recruitment and HR administration. The recruitment side of Maddy’s role means she works closely with managers to advertise vacancies, shortlist applicants, arrange interviews and offer roles. As for Maddy’s administration side, this includes ensuring that rigorous procedures are followed in order to maintain high standards and to ensure there is compliance with all the requirements across the array of roles within SWGP.

Prior to joining SWGP Federation, Maddy worked in customer service management and retail management.

Service delivery

Louise Masterson

Service Delivery Manager – PCN & Practice Services
Louise Masterson

Louise manages the services within South Warwickshire GP Federation that support Primary Care Networks and Practices. This includes line management of the PCN managers, management of the resilience service as well as supporting practices.

Louise has nearly 10 years of experience in General Practice including managing two PCNs within South Warwickshire.

Before joining SWGP Federation, Louise was the Operations Manager of a large GP Surgery.

Tordi Edge

Service Delivery Lead

Tordi joined the Federation as a member of the Service Delivery Team in June 2022. She went on to accept the role of Service Delivery Lead alongside Jess Campbell in August 2023.

Working closely with the other members of the Service Delivery Team, Enhanced Access hubs, Clinicians, and external organisations she is responsible facilitating the delivery of the Enhanced Access Service on behalf of 5 PCN’s in South Warwickshire.

Furthermore, Tordi works closely with our Clinicians, Associate Director and SWFT to ensure the Federation’s GP in ED service is delivered to a high standard and has an effective rota system in place to meet the needs of the Emergency Department. Tordi has also worked on projects such as the COVID vaccination programmes and supported the set up of the Primary Care Gynaecology Service. She works closely with the Service Delivery Team and the Associate Director to deliver high-quality services for patients.

Tordi has more than 10 years of experience working in the NHS. Before joining SWGP, she worked as a Scanning Clerk, Enhanced Access receptionist, and was the Enhanced Access Champion at an SWGP member practice. She also worked within the COVID vaccination Programme for the Kenilworth and Warwick PCN.

Quality and Compliance

Yasmin Brough

Quality & Compliance Lead

Yasmin joined the Federation in November 2022 as our Quality and Compliance Lead. She is responsible for working with all teams across the organisation to ensure that our services and functions meet statutory requirements and standards, including those that have been set out by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Yasmin works very closely with the SWGP Medical Director, Service Delivery Manager and other colleagues to ensure that our regulated activities are safe, of high-quality and are effective.

Prior to joining the Federation, Yasmin had worked in clinical governance and other administrative roles within some of our partner organisations in both primary and secondary care.

Vanessa Wall

Leamington – PCN Manager

Vanessa started working for SWGP in 2020 as a Care Coordinator in Leamington North & South Primary Care Network. In which she spent the majority of her time working with the vaccination clinics, supporting the day to day operations.

In August 2021, Vanessa began her new role as PCN Operations Manager for Leamington North & South PCN. Vanessa oversees the day-to-day operations of the PCN and ARRS, whilst also working closely with practices, Clinical Director’s and the PCN Manager

Jo Min

Stratford – PCN Manager

Jo started working for SWGP federation in Jan 2022, coming from a Senior role in the Charity sector, Jo brings with her extensive leadership, project management, development and networking skills. She manages Stratford Central PCN, which is made up of 4 GP practices which support nearly 60,000 patients across Stratford Town and Bidford on Avon. 

Jo works in partnership with the Clinical Director, Practice Managers and Additional Roles teams to help deliver against contractual requirements such as the Direct Enhanced Services and IIF contracts. Jo’s focus is on high quality patient care, developing robust relationships with the Patient Participation groups the local community and voluntary sector to ensure patient centred GP services across Stratford Central PCN. 

Jo Hamilton

East Warwickshire – PCN Manager

Jo started working for SWGP in 2020 starting out as a Social Prescribing link Worker for the Warwickshire East PCN. In May 2022, Jo began her role as the PCN Manager looking after a team of 13 staff and works alongside the Clinical Director to help deliver contractual requirements to include the PCN Network Contract Des and IIF.  She works closely with 5 surgeries and provides support not only to the PCN, but also to help embed the ARRS into General Practice.  Jo has implemented a pilot scheme for a Trainee Psychotherapy student service to the PCN offering CBT to patients in need of support, this has proven to be very successful, to date they have referred 44 patients to this service.

Jo has 8 years’ experience of working within the NHS , and prior to joining SWGP worked at the Coventry and Rugby CCG working with the Mental Health Team as a Senior administrator, coordinating a team of 5 Clinicians across North Warwickshire and working closely with the Local Authority.

Ben Evans

Virginia (Ginny) Tyler

Dene & Stour Valley – PCN & Transformation Manager

Ginny qualified as a nurse for people with learning disabilities in 1984 and went on to commission and manage community based supported living. She then worked in NHS primary care and moved with her family to the Orkney Islands, firstly as a network coordinator for diabetes, then later for stroke services.

This experience paved the way for a role as GP practice manager.  Having helped to restructure general practice, she worked as a primary care manager, coordinating all planned and emergency primary care services for the isles.  This involved setting up the first GP out of hours service linked to the NHS24 network, running remote island health cover from a single base, utilising & linking several health disciplines to ensure safe out of hours cover. 

In 2008, Ginny returned to the client group she loved best, children with complex needs; working with the RNIB to lead therapy provision for their new service in Coventry.  Where she used her experience in commissioning and recruited a range of professionals creating cohesive and collaborative teams.  

From 2014, Ginny worked as a part time lecturer and from 2019 as an assistant professor at Coventry University, delivering the MSc in Global Healthcare Management, during which she developed a professional experience module enabling students to work as interns in local NHS and independent services. She joined the Fed in 2023.
