Dr Cristina Ramos
Cristina is the Chair of the SWGP Federation. She represents the Federation and South Warwickshire General Practice at a Place and System level and leads on developing integrated solutions that ensure the General Practice is considered an equal partner as systems change and develop.
Cristina feels very strongly that patients need to be at the centre of pathway design to ensure the needs of the population are met. She works with stakeholders across the system to help develop solutions that support individual practice resilience and the development of sustainable PCNs. Cristina is clinical lead for the GP in ED service and the frailty pathway for South Warwickshire.
Cristina has been a partner at Rother House in Stratford upon Avon for over 20 years and has an interest in gastroenterology, frailty and palliative care.
Dr Mike Caley
Mike is the Medical Director for SWGP and his current areas of responsibility are clinical quality, safety and governance across all clinical services. Mike is clinical service lead for Extended Access and the Resilience team. He is also one of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered managers for SWGP.
Alongside his role at SWGP, Mike is a GP Partner at Warwick Gate Family Health Centre and has worked in the NHS in a variety of roles in hospitals, primary care and management.
Mike is committed to representing the interests of grass roots GPs in South Warwickshire to maintain high quality patient care, support a sustainable workload, and enable working at scale across practices.
Kim has over twenty years practice management experience in South Warwickshire. Her background includes local PCT and commercial experience, writing tenders for the procurement of “Darzi” Health Centres and supporting the implementation stage.
Kim is the practice manager representative at the CCG Gateway meetings where QIPP ideas are discussed with representatives from the CCG Patient Reference Group and Arden & GEM CSU. She also undertakes training practice assessment visits on behalf of West Midlands Deanery.
Kim’s role within the South Warwickshire GP Federation includes finance and Primary Care at Scale. Kim is passionate about the development of primary care and is keen to share ideas and try new ways of working, while maintaining the high quality of patient care in South Warwickshire.
Planning & Delivery Director
Doug is responsible for SWGP playing a leading role in the development of integrated care systems. He ensures that general practice is seen as a trusted partner and provider of high quality, effective and efficient services.
Doug previously led the primary care team and function at the former Solihull Clinical Commissioning Group, and played a leading role in establishing and developing the CCG.
Having undertaken a wide range of roles over his NHS career, including organisational development, service improvement, contract and finance management, Doug has a comprehensive understanding of the NHS and how it operates.
Jon is the Workforce Director for SWGP. His responsibilities include supporting the Federation’s HR team, as well as developing the primary care workforce of the future to respond to growing demands for more integrated health and care services in local communities.
This position runs alongside Jon’s role as joint Head of Coventry and Warwickshire Training Hub which provides access to career opportunities and relevant education, training and development for everyone working in primary care across Coventry, Rugby, South Warwickshire and Warwickshire North.
Jon has worked in general practice for over 10 years and is a non-clinical Partner at Bidford Health Centre. Jon also sits on the Training Hub Board, the Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Primary Care Board, the Leadership and Organisational Development Group, and the Health and Wellbeing Group.

Nick works with the Directors to develop financial modelling, budgeting and reporting systems to support the growth of the organisation, whilst overseeing the day-to-day operations of the finance department.
Nick has over 30 years’ experience as a Chartered Accountant. His career history spans all aspects of accounting, audit, acquisitions, corporate finance and taxation at KPMG and SMEs in a range of industries.
Naadira’s role within the Federation covers all aspects of finance, from everyday administration through to the preparation of annual accounts. She liaises with practices, the Clinical Commissioning Group and suppliers, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times whilst maximising efficiency.
Naadira has worked in other finance roles at medical practices, universities and a grant giving organisation.
Digital & information
Information & Governance Lead
Chris is responsible for providing clinical systems and analytics support to GP practices and PCNs. He leads a team of information analysts as well as Digital Angels IT support staff.
His team help all member practice and SWGP employees to maximise the technology available to them to support collaboration and learning, and demonstrate the quality care that GP practices provide to their patients.
Chris has over 15 years’ experience working with the NHS, leading on systems and information management and is a member of the SWGP Senior Management Team.
IT Manager – Digital Angels
Neil manages all aspects of SWGP’s internal information technology and Digital Angels service, helping staff members to fully utilise the digital and IT options available to them. He helped to set up the local COVID-19 vaccination site and continues to support its delivery.
Prior to joining the Federation Neil ran his own healthcare consulting company and has worked in healthcare IT for 20 years. He began his career as a qualified blood transfusion and haematology laboratory specialist in a London hospital.
IT Projects Officer
Emmanuel provides information technology support for primary care projects, helping staff to fully utilise the digital and IT options available to them.
Technology software such as AccuRx, Clarity, Blue Stream help practices to save money, reduce workload and devote more time to patient care.
Emmanuel has worked in healthcare IT for 15 years, starting out at Lloyds Pharmacy, then South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust, before joining SWGP as a Digital Angel.

Resilience Medical Secretary
Angela provides flexible, remote cover for member practices when they need it.
As part of SWGP’s resilience team, Angela’s role encompasses most aspects of a typical medical secretarial role.
She provides cover for SWGP practices where there is absence due to sickness or holidays or if workloads are heavy and some extra support is needed.
Prior to joining SWGP she worked as a medical secretary in a busy GP surgery for several years.

As human resources lead for SWGP, Molly is the first point of contact for human resource queries. CIPD qualified, Molly’s specific area of focus is supporting the Additional Roles (ARRS) and Primary Care Network (PCN) functions.
She works closely with PCN Managers to provide day to day support for additional roles staff as well as coordinating training and development needs.
Molly has more than five years of experience in HR and is a member of the SWGP Senior Management Team.
SWGP HR Administrator
Tracey works in our HR team where her focus is providing support with onboarding new starters. This includes ensuring that rigorous procedures are followed to maintain high standards and comply with all requirements across the variety of roles within SWGP.
Prior to joining the HR team, Tracey worked as an SWGP administrator, supporting the additional roles (ARRS) and Extended Access services as well as the COVID vaccination project.

Associate Director of Development and Delivery
Manisha will lead the delivery of the SWGP operating plan, and is responsible for developing long-term plans and the delivery of integrated care services.
She supports the development of SWGP strategy and works to ensure that the services we provide are of high quality, and meet the needs of patients and practices.
Manisha leads the Operations team, which is responsible for the services we provide to support Primary Care.
Manisha is an experienced Pharmacist and Public Health Specialist who has worked in the NHS, Local Authority, private and third sector organisations to deliver at system and place level.
Jodie is responsible for overseeing the day to day running of our service delivery across SWGP, which includes Extended Access, GPs in the Emergency Department, Covid clinics and Hot Hubs.
The team helps support the GP practices on the delivery of these services to ensure quality care that GP practices provide to their patients.
Jodie has over 5 years’ experience working within the NHS, before joining SWGP, Jodie worked in secondary care as an Operating Department Practitioner, within emergency theatres and ITU during covid.
Service Delivery Coordinator
Bally has worked at SWGP for several years and has extensive knowledge of the Extended Access service . She is responsible for supporting all staff during the running of Extended Access clinics in the evening and is a member of the Operations Team.
Bally is involved in ensuring our services comply with processes and procedures, whilst also ensuring practice teams and staff are fully supported to deliver excellent patient care.
Assistant Operations Manager
Elle started working for SWGP in 2021 recruiting staff for the COVID vaccination clinics as well as organising staff rota’s and ensuring staff compliance.
In January 2022, Elle began her new role in the Operations Team looking after SWGP services including Extended Access, Hot Clinics, GP in ED and COVID Immunisations.
Since 2018, Elle has been training as a commercial airline pilot and hopes to one day take to the skies.
