29th April Dr Tim Shackley, Tim Morris and Jon Moll attended a Community Education Provider Network (CEPN) workshop in Birmingham arranged by Health Education England. This provided the vision for future workforce planning of recruitment and training on a larger scale. Dr Tim Shackley added,
“The CEPN model seems an attractive option for South Warwickshire to attract and retain high quality clinical talent therefore safeguarding patient services for years to come.”
The Directors attending met several key contacts networking and have arranged several follow on meetings.
